All fully paid orders shipped via J&T Express will be dispatched on 2 business days after payment confirmation.

If any concerns arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review your request with care. Approved exchanges are only accepted if the journal remains unused, in its original condition, and free from any marks or damage.
