How to pay my order? Do you have a QR code for Bank transfer or GCash? How do I upload my proof of payment?
Yes! You may simply save the QR code image below, crop it if needed, and upload it through your bank’s mobile app.
If you’re able to transfer via GCash, you’re welcome to proceed. In case all GCash accounts are unavailable, we kindly ask that you use one of our other payment options instead!
After payment, please upload your proof of payment using the link below. Only uploads via this link will be confirmed:
NOTE: Items are not reserved until payment is confirmed. If someone completes their purchase before you, your selected items may become unavailable. Checkout your order ONLY when you are ready to settle the payment within 1 hour.
Every when do you restock the collection?
I will ideally release new collection every 2 weeks, in small batches! These are my own designs, all details are final and are all on-hand. After payment validation, we can ship it the next day!
What are the sizes of the Leather Journals?
We offer A5, A5 Slim, A6, B6 slim, and Passport sized journals, for size comparisons you may refer below:

What are your shipping options?
- Pickup via Grab/lalamove - for Metro Manila ONLY
- We will send you an Instagram message or email with booking details once your order is ready for pickup!
- Note: This option is only for On-hand collection orders

- Delivery - J&T nationwide
- Note: We do not pack orders on Sundays & holidays
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All orders (for pick-up or delivery) are processed and packed within 1-2 days before being handed over to the courier. Please expect possible delays during holidays or peak periods.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the courier and may vary depending on rider availability, weather, and location.
Pick-up:
- Pick-up details will be sent over on the day once order is ready, unless stated otherwise.
- Buyers may arrange their own courier or opt for self pick-up.
Delivery:
We ship via J&T nationwide.

Please note that shipping may take a bit longer during busy periods, as we carefully pack each order before handing it over to the courier.
Return and Exchange Policy
Every leather journals are meticulously handcrafted using delicate materials, giving it its own character and charm. For this reason, all purchases are considered final. If any concerns arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to review your request with care. Approved exchanges are only accepted if the journal remains unused, in its original condition, and free from any marks or damage.
