Pre-Order Guidelines

How to check products available for Pre-order Customization? 

All Leather Folios available to customize can be checked under the Build your journal tab from the Menu. Listings outside this page is not available for Pre-order.

 

How to custom your Journal? 

1. Select your Journal – Choose the leather type that resonates with you.
2. Choose your journal size – We offer the standard notebook sizes and custom ones.
3. Inside pockets? – our journals do not come with pockets by default, so you can add this option if you need more space!
4. Pick your Cord color– Explore the cord color options on each product page to find your perfect match.
5. Choose the edge cut type – We have 3 edge types to match your style! you can finish here, or...
6. Personalize with Charms – Add meaningful charms to make your journal uniquely yours. Go back to the Build your journal page and check out separately!
4. Carry and Create – Bring your handcrafted journal along wherever your ideas, notes, and stories take you.

Note: Listing photos only show sample journals for reference —patterns may vary slightly for textured leathers, as no cut will ever be the same.

 

What are the Default inclusions for Pre-order Journals?

- 2 notebooks - The Journal can fit 6! (custom sizes do not include notebooks)
- Pen holder clip
- Journal Clip


Are you still going to release drop collections aside from the pre-orders?
Yes! I will keep the Pre-orders open only until stocks last. Drop collections will now be more of my unique, and one of one designs xx


What if I have other requests or order notes?
You're welcome to message us on Instagram with your order number for further requests/notes!

Ordering Multiple Items?
If your order includes both on-hand and pre-order items, we’ll wait until all items are ready and ship them together.

• If your order includes 3 Journals, and one of them is for pre-order, we will wait until all items are available and ship them together.
  
  

Payment & Shipping

Pre-orders require 2–3 weeks to prepare and will only be processed once payment is confirmed. General Payment rules apply, you may check full details on our FAQ page.

When your journal is ready, we’ll reach out via email or Instagram DM to confirm before shipping. Please place a pre-order ONLY if you’re comfortable with the processing time, as each journal is carefully handcrafted with attention to every detail.

Shipping: All Pre-orders will be shipped via J&T.

 

How do I track my order? 

Once order is shipped, we will inform you via email and/or Instagram message and we will send out the Tracking number accordingly.
